At BEYOND GLØIRE, customer satisfaction, quality, and comfort are our top priorities. Nonetheless, we recognize that, in individual cases, a product may not meet personal expectations. In such instances, we offer a straightforward return process.


1. Return Period

In accordance with our return policy, you may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. The withdrawal period commences the day after receipt of the goods, based on the official delivery status provided by the shipping carrier.


2. Conditions for Returns

Returns are only accepted if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in unworn, undamaged, and unused condition

  • The product is returned in its original packaging

  • All tags and protective films are intact and included

For hygiene reasons, used or damaged items are excluded from returns.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that show signs of wear, misuse, or deliberate damage. We may request photo documentation in advance and compare product identifiers (e.g. serial or batch numbers) where applicable.


3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact form in the navigation menu of our website. Be sure to include your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Our customer service team will contact you shortly and, depending on the case, provide a return guide and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Important: Returns submitted without prior registration through our support channel cannot be processed.


4. Return Shipping Costs & Management Discretion

  • In the event of defects, incorrect deliveries, or transport-related damage, we generally cover the return shipping costs.

  • In certain cases, our management team may decide that return shipping is not required and issue a refund or store credit without physical return. In such cases, the product may be retained or responsibly disposed of by the customer.

  • In all other cases, customers bear the full cost of return shipping, including any administrative or inspection-related processing fees.

Note: Delivery delays due to customs or third-party service providers do not constitute a defect and therefore do not entitle the customer to free return shipping or refunds.


5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the refund to be credited to your account.


6. Exchanges

For logistical reasons, we are currently unable to process product exchanges. We kindly ask customers to carefully consider their purchase prior to finalizing the order.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Ideally, send us a photo of the item via email so we can promptly assess the issue and offer an appropriate resolution (replacement or refund).

In the event of repeated or unverifiable damage claims, we reserve the right to require the return of the item prior to issuing any refund or replacement.


8. Order Cancellations

Due to automated order processing, cancellations or changes after checkout are generally not possible. Once a shipping confirmation and tracking number have been issued, no further changes or cancellations can be made.

If you contact us before the shipping confirmation is sent, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can still be made.


9. Abuse Prevention

We actively monitor patterns of excessive or fraudulent return activity. In cases of suspected abuse, we reserve the right to restrict or deny future orders or returns.

We also maintain internal records to prevent repeated misuse of our return policies.

All decisions regarding exceptions or discretionary accommodations are final and at the sole discretion of our management team.
